I noticed you are getting a bump on your nose due to the piercing. I got one too after I got my ear cartilage pierced. I got rid of it by applying an aspirin paste thing I made. Crush up an aspiring and add like 2 or 3 drops of lemon juice and make a paste and apply it to the piercing for 5 to 10 minutes everyday until it goes away. Incase it bothers you now you know how to get rid of it.
