    Looking at the food at 3:11 and 3:22, hot do you get it so "full" and not with all liquid? Do you put in flower or arrowroot at the end? I have done this recipe twice now and covered the meat with liquid but since the lid is on not much of the liquid goes away and it´s more towards soup than the hearty full "stew"-like as in the video from 3:22.

    With so much tomato paste and tomatoes, its going to be sour as fuck. So the only way to eat it, is to stuff it with lots of mashed potatoes, rice, or pasta. And this means its more like a meaty sauce, as addon to starch filled foods.
